Lotus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. controls and operates Liang Fang Pharmaceutical, Ltd. ("Liang Fang") and Enze Jiashi Pharmaceutical, Ltd. ("Enze"), two pharmaceutical companies located in Beijing, China.
