Lotus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss First Quarter 2008 Results

BEIJING, May 27 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lotus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: LTUS) (''Lotus'' or the ''Company''), a pharmaceutical company in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announced that it will conduct a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 to discuss the first quarter 2008 results.

Joining Mr. Zhongyi Liu, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lotus Pharmaceuticals, will be Mr. Adam Wasserman, Chief Financial Officer.
