Lori Silver Joins Decision Resources, Inc. as General Counsel

Formerly of Harvard University's Office of General Counsel, Attorney Will

be Responsible for All Legal Aspects of the Company

WALTHAM, Mass., July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Decision Resources, one of the world's leading research and advisory firms for pharmaceutical and healthcare issues, announced today that Lori Silver has joined the company as General Counsel, responsible for all legal aspects of the company. Ms. Silver comes to Decision Resources with an impressive array of relevant experience, including five years at the Office of the General Counsel of Harvard University, handling litigation, contracts, intellectual property, computer and internet issues and international operations.

Ms. Silver received a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Ms. Silver has chaired the Boston Bar Association's Arts, Entertainment & Sports Law Committee and was named one the Boston area's "Rising Star" lawyers by Boston Magazine in 2006 and 2007.

Ms. Silver is responsible for managing all legal issues related to Decision Resources, Inc.'s business, including commercial agreements, intellectual property, employment, licensing and acquisitions.
