Local Advertising Agency Uses In-House Technology to Sell Houses for Weichert, Realtors
Date:5/29/2013

Morristown, N.J. (PRWEB) May 29, 2013

GráficaGroup, a New Jersey-based, multichannel marketing and advertising agency that uses new thinking and technology to help businesses forge and retain lasting and profitable customer relationships, has utilized its proprietary automated multichannel marketing tool to create and implement a highly segmented email campaign for Weichert, Realtors.

Said agency CEO Debra Taeschler, “Our automated multichannel marketing tool helps clients like Weichert get the right message to the right target at the right time at the right cost per lead. It’s highly measurable and highly effective.”

The agency crafted messages for both homebuyers and sellers and timed them to be most relevant to where the targets are in their purchase or selling cycle. Topics included how to make your home more attractive to buyers, tips on using social media, and how to depersonalize your home so prospective buyers can more easily see themselves in it.

The emails are geolocation-based, so available homes in the potential buyer’s price range and desired locations are featured, as is contact information for local Weichert sales associates.

Although it’s a bit early for full results, according to GráficaGroup Interactive Account Director Cathy Conway, “We’re already seeing a click-through rate that’s 10 times the industry norm.”
