Lleida.net Selects Dialogic to Energize Carrier Texting Worldwide
Date:7/16/2013

MILPITAS, Calif. (PRWEB) July 16, 2013

Dialogic Inc. (OTCQB:DLGC), the Network Fuel™ company, today announced its deployment by value-added telecom operator Lleida.net to revitalize the company’s SMS connectivity to other operators. Dialogic helped the Spain-based SMS communications pioneer boost texting quality and achieve visibility into network performance, resulting in new business deals, higher subscriber satisfaction rates and significant reductions in operational expenses.

Lleida.net’s mission was to broaden its ability to connect with carriers. To achieve that, the company chose the Dialogic® DSI SS7G41 Signaling Server for SMS and the ability to transition to Diameter signaling for future LTE deployments. After deployment, Lleida.net experienced improved connection efficiency between other carriers and gained greater visibility into service performance. Dialogic also played a critical role in providing Lleida.net with training services to expand its expertise with SS7. Within three months of deploying the Dialogic signaling server, Lleida.net closed nearly 200 operator peering agreements.

“Dialogic helped us reach more destinations, close more peering agreements and improve the quality of services we deliver to customers,” said Sisco Sapena, CEO of Lleida.net. “Dialogic’s technology experts increased our knowledge to maximize the benefits of our SS7 interconnections. The comprehensive capabilities of the Dialogic solution along with the training and post-sales support allowed us to rapidly deploy without expanding our operations
