onference - Hospice By The Bay will host the Hospice Foundation of America's (HFA) 16th annual Living with Grief® teleconference, Diversity and End-of-Life Care, on Wednesday, April 29, 10:30am-1:30pm, at three Bay Area locations. The program is open to the public, and CEUs are available for healthcare professionals, social workers, and counselors from HFA for $25. Registration is free at the Marin and Sonoma locations, and $15 in San Francisco. Locations are: Hospice By The Bay, 17 E. Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Larkspur; San Francisco State University, San Francisco; and the Sonoma Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Sonoma.
