Limeade Strengthens Executive Bench with Three New Hires

Limeade, an enterprise wellness platform is pleased to announce three new hires: Justin Jed, VP of Product, Bill Glenn, VP of Alliances and Ken Carruthers, Director of Sales, Midwest.

Justin Jed joins Limeade as VP of Product Management. Jed will lead Limeade’s product vision, experience design, and data-analytics strategies. Most recently, he served as Principal of Intentional Futures, a product envisioning, design and engineering firm that partnered with Bill Gates’ private office and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on product initiatives ranging from education-technology to national-social improvement. Prior, Justin ran the Product Management division for Bing Mobile at Microsoft.

Bill Glenn will assume responsibility for Limeade’s partnership strategy as VP of Alliances. Prior to joining Limeade, he was the VP of Marketing and Alliances at TalentWise. At TalentWise, Bill developed the partner strategy and launched the Alliances Program that contributed roughly 25% of annual revenue. He also was responsible for demand generation programs to support a 50 person direct sales organization, delivering over 20,000 qualified leads annually and driving significant revenue growth for four consecutive years. Prior to TalentWise, Glenn worked at Concur and Onyx.

As Director of Sales, Midwest, Ken Carruthers will lead Sales for the Midwest region. Carruthers brings over 30 years’ experience consulting for and selling to some of the largest and best companies in the world. Prior to joining Limeade, Ken was the VP of Sales for Alere, Inc. (formerly Matria and CorSolutions). He successfully partnered with HR and Benefits executives across numerous industries such as managed care, regional and national health systems, and association and union funds.
