INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) has been given a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign's (HRC) Corporate Equality Index for 2010. This is the fourth consecutive year Lilly is recognized as one of the Best Places to Work for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Equality.
The Corporate Equality Index measures an organization's efforts related to creating an equitable environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) employees.
