Lifespring Health Sponsors the 30th Annual Napa Valley Marathon in an Effort to Promote Health and Fitness in the Northern California Community
Date:2/26/2008

PALO ALTO, Calif., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Known as the "biggest little marathon in the West", the Napa Valley Marathon has earned a reputation for outstanding runner support, attention to detail, and a beautiful point-to-point course that runs the length of the famed Napa Valley wine-growing region. It begins in Calistoga, famous for its geysers and curative waters, and then winds south along the historic Silverado Trail to finish at Vintage High School in north Napa. Boasting one of the most beautiful courses in the world, runners are treated to panoramic views of the valley, flowering fruit trees, and dormant vineyards carpeted with golden mustard flowers. It's no wonder Competitor Magazine named it the "Best Rural Marathon" in the United States.

Lifespring Health will be sponsoring a booth at the 30th Annual Napa Valley Marathon in order to promote health and fitness. Lifespring Health is committed to helping individuals reduce the burden of spiraling health care and fitness expenses. Mark Pearson, CEO & founder, was inspired to start Lifespring Health based on media reports of 47 million uninsured individuals. He developed an innovative alternative that works like a frequent flyer program except members are awarded cash back to use towards any health or fitness expense instead of air travel. Participants in Lifespring Health's free Cash Back Rewards Program get cash back by using the Lifespring Health Everyday Rewards Visa, through online rebate shopping, or by inviting friends and family to join their Rewards Community.

Lifespring Health -- changing the way America pays for healthy living one member at a time.
