Lifespace Communities Selects StaffKnex Software for Nurse Scheduling and Employee Communications

Simple interface and communications functions were determining factors. StaffKnex, developers of web-based nurse scheduling and employee communication software, recently announced it was selected by Lifespace Communities to deliver its software solution to all Lifespace Communities nationwide.

Cleveland, OH (PRWEB) December 17, 2009 -- StaffKnex (www.StaffKnex.com), developers of web-based nurse scheduling and employee communication software, recently announced it was selected by Lifespace Communities (formerly Life Care Retirement Communities) to deliver its software solution to all Lifespace Communities nationwide. Lifespace Communities is the seventh largest not-for-profit leader of independent senior living communities in the U.S.

StaffKnex offers labor cost management solutions specifically designed for the long term care industry through its intuitive scheduling and communications software. Lifespace Communities is known not only for its quality of care to its residents, but for its operational efficiency assuring best practices across communities.

StaffKnex was initially chosen for a pilot program in August 2009, at The Waterford in Juno Beach, Florida. In less than two weeks the StaffKnex system was live. The Waterford was managing their entire nursing staff and instantly communicating with them by text, email, and the telephone to fill open shifts and resolve call offs. In November Deb Goss, Director of Health Services, selected StaffKnex as a premier partner for staff scheduling for all communities. The employee scheduling program will be implemented in three additional communities over the next few months.
