Lifehut.com Aims to Relax the Financially Stressed

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Relaxation specialists, Lifehut.com, have released their latest audio/visual message for people in stressful situations, entitled "Finding Joy During Challenging Financial Times."

Aimed at transforming negative emotions into positive ones, it is designed to allow people to enter an alpha state while focusing on a positive message.

"With so much going on in our economy, job layoffs and home foreclosures, we realize the stress level that some people are feeling is paralyzing. It is our company's goal to help people during times of crisis, so we've developed this program designed to reduce stress during these tough financial times," said Lifehut's media director, Robert Masters.

A video and an audio program have been created. These programs can be watched or listened to at http://www.lifehut.com/transitionsaudio.html . The message may also be downloaded for use on a device such as an iPod.

Lifehut does not charge people for these programs and does not require visitors to register to view the materials. The company accepts contributions from people to offset their production costs and to help fund future programs.

This is not the first time that Lifehut has been there to meet a crisis head-on with a helpful, drug-free tool to combat a variety of stressful situations. Their previous releases include programs for deployed US troops and their families, for people who have lost everything in a natural disaster, for family members after the loss of a loved one -- and a general relaxation video.

The person behind the concept of this innovative programming is psychologist Richard M. Sword, a graduate of The Saybrook Institute. For over twenty-five years, Dr. Sword has helped thousands of people in post-traumatic situations, from US Veterans to survivors of plane crashes and other traumatic incidents.
