LifeSync Corporation Signs MAGNET Contract

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- LifeSync Corporation announced it has entered into a Group Purchasing Agreement with MAGNET, which is comprised of 12,000 members in 20 states, for the sale of the LifeSync(R) Wireless ECG and disposable ECG LeadWear(R) products.

Shelley Hartman, President of LifeSync Corp., said, "We are delighted to enter into this agreement with MAGNET. MAGNET is a major supply chain leader and brings its members innovative technologies that improve patient outcomes while controlling costs."

"In addition, LifeSync's disposable LeadWear(R) fits perfectly with our hospitals' infection reduction initiatives."

LifeSync has developed and commercialized a wireless ECG data communication system for use in medical facilities under an exclusive license agreement from Motorola Inc. LifeSync has marketed its products in the U.S. for four years and supports them with a direct sales team and clinical specialists.

MAGNET, founded in 1999, is a not for profit group purchasing organization (GPO) that specializes in capital equipment, selected commodities and service. It is composed of seven regional group purchasing organizations which, in turn serve participating facilities. Providers who span MAGNET's contract portfolio span the entire continuum of care in twenty states and the District of Columbia.
