Lexi-Comp Point-of-Care Information Now Available on Smartphones, Coming Soon for the iPhone™

Clinicians can now access Lexi-Comp handheld databases on smartphones and mobile devices with wireless connectivity.

Hudson, Ohio (PRWEB) October 30, 2008 --Lexi-Comp, Inc., a provider of clinical information for healthcare professionals, is pleased to announce the release of Lexi-Comp® MOBILE™, a new application that delivers Lexi-Comp's drug, disease, and formulary content on smartphones and handheld devices with wireless connectivity.

With Lexi-Comp MOBILE, users are able to view Lexi-Comp's continually updated content wirelessly, eliminating the need to download and synchronize new information. Designed to provide clinicians with efficient access to vital point-of-care tools, the application will work via cell or wifi connection on any web-enabled device with a compatible browser.
