Users can now download a 30-day free trial of Lexi-Comp databases for the iPhone and iPod® touch

Hudson, OH (PRWEB) July 20, 2009 -- Lexi-Comp, Inc., a provider of clinical reference information for healthcare professionals, has expanded its popular iPhone product offering to include the ability to download a 30-day free trial of the databases. During this 30-day period, users have access to all Lexi-Comp databases and functionality available for iPhone. Multi-year pricing is also now available for 1, 2 or 3-year subscriptions. With sales in over 40 countries since the initial launch in November 2008, Lexi-Comp expects continued growth with the release of planned enhancements to the application in 2009, including the availability of a drug identification tool later this year.

Lexi-Comp ON-HAND for the iPhone features Lexi-Drugs®, the most comprehensive pharmacology database available on this platform. Users can create and store personalized user notes within each Lexi-Drugs monograph and can quickly determine drug/herb/food interactions using Lexi-Interact™.
