Level 3 Solutions Enable Faster Medical Claims Processing and Payment

BROOMFIELD, Colo., March 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Level 3 Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: LVLT) today announced that it has been selected by MDI Holdings, Inc., a leading healthcare management services company, to provide that company's primary network connectivity solutions.

Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, Level 3 will deliver direct Internet access and voice services to MDI Holdings via an Internet protocol virtual private network solution with direct connections to and among the company's five primary locations across the United States: Ponte Vedra, Fla.; Lake Mary, Fla.; Ontario, Calif.; Sacramento, Calif.; and Fort Worth, Texas.
