Learn to Let Go of Fear, Diminish Suffering in Upcoming Teleseminar Hosted by Spiritual Teacher Heather Hans
Date:6/12/2013

Boulder, CO (PRWEB) June 12, 2013

In her upcoming healing seminar, “Revealing Yourself Skyrockets You to Love,” TV Show Host and Spiritual Healer Heather Hans will touch on fear as the root of all suffering. In this healing workshop, Hans reveals strategies to enhance love in life, including how to overcome fear and suffering by adopting a new attitude toward fear.

In “Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace,” powerful and wise Jedi Master Yoda declares that fear is the path to the dark side. “Fear leads to anger; anger leads to hate; hate leads to suffering,” he said.

Hans said as a spiritual healer and licensed psychotherapist, she believes this to be true. The qualities of fear she said, are opposite of love. Fear is tight and constricted, while love is expansive and trusting.

Fear is a natural emotion caused by a perceived threat, but this emotion becomes dysfunctional when it stops people from living up to their true potential, according to Hans. Fear is almost always based on a perception of the future, causing people to try to escape or avoid something, rather than harnessing and overcoming a challenge that could be beneficial.

A person can overcome their fears by constantly facing the perceived threats and fears that have been holding them back from feeling powerful love, Hans said.

To overcome fear and reach one’s full potential, Hans says a person should recognize their personal fears and practice baby steps of putting themselves into the situations they find scary. By taking a leap of faith, people learn how to land on their own two feet without help from others, and in this process they are taught to fly and truly embrace their full potential.
