Learn to decipher the valuable information on food labels and determine how it relates to health during a "Healthy Eating for You: Label Reading" presentation at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 1 at Humility House, 755 Ohltown Road, Austintown.

Registered dietician and community educator Bridget Lackey will lead an informational discussion and answer questions.

The presentation is free and open to the public. Reservations are appreciated. Please call 330-480-3070.
