(Pink Sheets: MEDQ.PK) announces that Radiology Ltd. of Tucson, Arizona, has selected SpeechQ for Radiology(TM) as its front-end interactive speech recognition solution. Named one of the Top 25 "most connected healthcare facilities" by Health Imaging & IT magazine in 2006, Radiology Ltd. is one of the largest physician-owned practices in Tucson, with more than 45 radiologists processing more than 1,000 patients per day in its fully digital network.

According to Chip Hardesty, executive director of Radiology Ltd., "We looked at a number of options for speech recognition, and our radiologists saw SpeechQ as the most accurate technology, which would mean less editing. We also felt that SpeechQ offered the best alignment with our other technology development plans."

SpeechQ for Radiology is tightly integrated with the AMICAS Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), which Radiology Ltd. currently uses. The integration allows for improved workflow for the radiologists by streamlining the transfer of information from AMICAS directly to SpeechQ for Radiology. Radiology Ltd. is also currently migrating its Radiology Information System (RIS) to AMICAS.
