Leaders in Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery Open New Facility in Scottsdale

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- After helping thousands of patients get their lives back through minimally-invasive endoscopic spinal surgery at their flagship facility in Tampa, the Laser Spine Institute announces the grand opening of a new center in Scottsdale, Arizona. LSI is revolutionizing the landscape of spinal surgery using cutting-edge lasers and a 5-day process from surgery to recovery, drastically reducing the time it takes for patients to get back to doing the things they love, whether it's outdoor activities in the southwest or simply bending down to hug a grandkid. With a less than one-inch incision, expert surgeons can correct a variety of back and neck ailments from degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis to herniated discs and spinal arthritis.

The new 32,000 square foot Scottsdale facility designed by the SmithGroup boasts four state-of-the-art operating rooms along with MRI imaging, radiology, physical therapy and exam rooms all with the most technologically advanced equipment available. A cafe and a family lounge will enhance the medical facility's ambiance, which is designed to be reminiscent of a "Sedona spa-like retreat." Rich desert colors, natural stone, wood veneer and soft textures found throughout the facility echo the surrounding environment.
