Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute will be one of the sponsors at the 7th annual worldwide “Apéritif à la Française" on June 3rd, 2010 at the Espace Réunion in Montreal, Canada. This year’s theme is “the five senses”.

Ottawa, Ontario (PRWEB) June 3, 2010 -- Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute is proud to announce that it will be one of the sponsors at the 7th annual worldwide “Apéritif à la Française" on June 3rd, 2010 at the Espace Reunion in Montreal, Canada. This year’s theme is “the five senses”.

Le Cordon Bleu, the worldwide leader in culinary and hospitality management education, will create and serve delicious desserts while Le Cordon Bleu Chef Christian Faure MOF will treat guests to an exquisite sugar showpiece creation.

Apéritif à la Française, organized by Sopexa and supported by the French Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, aims to increase sales of French food and beverage products on export markets, to promote their diversity and quality, and to showcase French food culture and its unique art de vivre.

Apéritif à la Française has been bringing together food and beverage professionals, curious consumers, food lovers and epicureans on the first Thursday of June for the past seven years.
