BALTIMORE, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Laureate Education today named Dr. Francisco Gutierrez senior vice president for medicine and health sciences. Dr. Gutierrez will be responsible for strategic leadership of Laureate International Universities' medical and health sciences programs, including 15 medical schools, 14 dental schools, 16 nursing schools, 21 physical therapy schools, and more than 20 health sciences programs located in 30 cities around the world.
Dr. Gutierrez most recently served as chief consultant for Health Navigation LLC. Previously, Dr. Gutierrez was the director of the international health care consulting practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and he has served as vice president of the Harris Methodist Health System.
