A recent study from Johns Hopkins University and published in Nature Neuroscience found that caffeine has a positive effect on long-term memory. According to an article posted on John Hopkins’ Hub online news center, this is the first study of its kind that examined caffeine's effects on long-term memory. The level of caffeine found most beneficial, 200 milligrams, is the same amount in 5-hour ENERGY® shots.
