Large Portions Can Decrease Food Enjoyment, SlimPlate Weight Loss System Puts Focus On Portion Control
Date:7/28/2014

allows users to follow the recommended portion sizes when dining out.

Each SlimPlate System comes with four main plates, each specifically designed for a different stage of weight loss. It also includes a breakfast plate, a snack saucer and a cereal/soup bowl, with each designating an appropriate portion size.

According to the researchers at Stanford, people often over-indulge in food for reasons having little to do with appetite, and better control over this instinct can lead to a healthier diet and a more satisfied diner.

Developed by Dr. Myo Nwe and Dr. Sandeep Grewal, the SlimPlate System was their answer to a simple weight loss program that didn’t involve mystery pills or powders, or rely on unsound science to back it up.

They designed SlimPlate System to be an easy to use system that anyone could employ. Learn more about their program by calling (803) 325-1111 or by visiting their website at http://www.slimplatesystem.com.
