Language Scientific Presents on Endpoint Adjudication Translation at 2016 Endpoint Adjudication Forum
Date:11/9/2016

Language Scientific Inc, the leading clinical translation services company, recently presented at ExL Events Endpoint Adjudication Forum on the topic of reducing cost and turnaround time while improving quality with a translation company partner. The presentation shared insight into the clinical translation industry and how to best partner with a translation service provider for clinical endpoint adjudication translation.

“How to reduce cost and turnaround time are two questions that I get asked most often from clients” said Ashley Mondello, Language Scientific’s Director of Operations. “The opportunity to present on the topic of endpoint adjudication translation services gave us a unique chance to share some of our industry insights and expertise on how to save both time and money in the translation process without sacrificing what is most important in clinical translation, quality.”

Language Scientific has over 17 years of experience providing clinical translation services. They specialize in high quality expedited Adverse Event translation and case source documents translation. Often these types of documents contain illegible handwritten notes by physicians, and have highly specialized vocabulary targeted at other clinicians.

Language Scientific employs translators who are M.D.s, experts at translating materials written by other doctors and working with documents that may be either poorly scanned or handwritten. Throughout the translation process, Language Scientific takes these handwritten or typed clinical documents and recreates them in an electronic format. To meet regulatory compliance an additional service of redacting patient identifying information from source documents is also completed during the translation stage.

“When the opportunity to present at ExL’s Endpoint Adjudication Forum arose, I was very excited to share our expertise in the endpoint adjudication translation field,” said Sharon Blank, CEO of Language Scientific. “We have spent a great amount of time and energy growing our dedicated endpoint adjudication department and working with our clinical partners to create unique customizable processes for endpoint adjudication translation that work for them. Our partnerships in the clinical realm including e-clinical software integrations have grown exponentially in the last 2 years and we expect this growth to continue moving forward establishing Language Scientific as the premier clinical translation services company.”

Language Scientific offers a wide portfolio of services, including translation, software and multimedia localization, website translation, interpreting (both scheduled and on-demand), linguistic validation and cognitive debriefing and other customized language solutions. Language Scientific specializes in scientific and technical translation and localization and has earned independent ISO9001 and EN15038 certifications.
