Lakeview Health Launches New Website and ‘True North’ Campaign to Reimagine Addiction Treatment
Date:1/14/2014

(PRWEB) January 14, 2014

Lakeview Health, a Florida-based drug and alcohol rehab center, has just unveiled its redesigned website, http://www.LakeviewHealth.com, as part of an integrated online and offline campaign designed help those seeking information and programs for addiction treatment. Entitled ‘True North,’, the campaign focuses on the many positive outcomes that are a result of recovery.

“The campaign and website completely capture the spirit of Lakeview Health,” stated Roy Serpa, President and CEO of Lakeview Health. “There is a misconception that an addiction treatment center is a place you go when you hit rock bottom. That’s not the case. The people who come here make a conscious decision to do something irrefutably right in their lives.”

The campaign and website strategy was led by addiction treatment business development and marketing veteran Gina Thorne, VP of Marketing, who wanted to introduce a balance of messaging, information, and functionality unique to the category. Distinct audiences were considered for the online channel with areas dedicated to patient prospects, professional referral sources, and alumni. The language and services of these sections were considered paramount to the success of the initiative.

“When an individual seeks treatment for addiction, he or she requires a distinctively different experience than you would find if you were selling consumer goods or even other healthcare services,” explained Thorne. “It is a medical-based program, but intensely personal. What’s critical is connecting on a human level and earning their trust.”
