Lakeside Community Healthcare Continues Growth With Verdugo Hills Medical Group IPA Affiliation

GLENDALE, Calif., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Francesco Federico, M.D., president and CEO of Lakeside Systems, Inc., announced today the completion of an affiliation between Lakeside Community Healthcare Network (Lakeside), formerly Lakeside Medical Group, Inc., and Verdugo Hills Medical Group IPA, both Glendale-based independent practice associations (IPAs).

Verdugo Hills Medical Group IPA brings more than 11,000 members under the Lakeside Community Healthcare umbrella, raising Lakeside's total managed care membership to nearly 200,000.
