Lagan Increases Productivity of Case Management Workers in the Field; Saves Time and Money for Human Services Agencies with Lagan Mobile(TM)

faction and service to constituents.

"Mobile connectivity will allow our case workers to spend more time with clients and less time doing paperwork," said Vickie Lawson, Director of APS for Tennessee DHS. "Our case workers travel all over the state, often to remote locations with no wireless internet access, and maintain busy schedules that can keep them out of the office for days at a time. Currently they take handwritten notes that they physically deliver to supervisors for review. Pertinent data is then entered in the central office system and re-entered on any correspondence or forms. With Lagan Mobile they'll be able to capture data once and send it back to the main office when they are in an area with wireless connectivity, keeping supervisors informed of case status, greatly reducing redundant work, and expediting clients' access to the services they need."

Lagan Mobile will reduce the amount of paperwork, phone calls and faxes, and eliminate duplicate efforts as well as the potential for errors that occur when information is transmitted in these ways. Before leaving the office, case workers will download to their laptop or tablet PC all the client information and forms they'll need for as many visits as planned. While in the field they will use Lagan Mobile to complete any necessary forms or update files with new information. When they reach a location with wireless connectivity they can upload information from Lagan Mobile over their agency's Virtual Private Network (VPN) back to the office. All data stored and transmitted via Lagan Mobile will be encrypted. With Lagan Mobile case workers can also input information on the fly for ad hoc or unscheduled visits on existing cases or to instantly create a case.

"We're gratified by our ongoing work and relationship with the State of Tennessee DHS," said Des Speed, CEO of Lagan. "Governments are under increased pressure to streamline processes and reduce
