LIFE Foundation Names Feldman Its Next President and CEO

Koob, CLU, ChFC, AEP, LIFE's chair elect. "No one is more committed to LIFE's public education mission. He knows how important it is for consumers to understand the importance of life, health, disability and long-term care insurance, as well as the insurance professionals who are there to help consumers achieve financial security."

"This is a very exciting time for me. I believe in what LIFE does and look forward to working with staff and the board to fulfill LIFE's mission and enhance its reputation as the voice of the industry to the public," said Feldman. He added that his first steps will be to familiarize himself with LIFE's operations and "meet the people who fund the organization to ensure them of the smooth transition in leadership at LIFE."

Feldman was to be LIFE's immediate past chair starting in January. Instead, Mark Johnson, the 2007 immediate past chair, has agreed to serve in that capacity for another year.
