Second Quarter 2008 Financial Results

LCA-Vision will release second quarter 2008 financial results prior to market opening on Tuesday, July 29, 2008. A conference call and webcast to discuss the results will also be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
