LA Career Coach Unveils LifeStage Methodology to Help Individuals Make Effective Work-Life Choices
Date:3/24/2008

LOS ANGELES, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Whether you're facing a new beginning in your work, hitting career roadblocks, or encountering other challenges in making effective work-life decisions, the new LifeStage Methodology -- unveiled today by Daisy Swan, MA, CPCC: The Los Angeles Career Counselor & Coach -- can help you proactively address issues and goals you want to tackle.

Swan's re-launched website, http://www.daisyswan.com, features details on the LifeStage Methodology, plus new offerings to help individuals develop satisfying career/life strategies, even during this time of economic uncertainty.

"After 15-plus years as a career strategist, I developed this LifeStage Methodology to further assist my clients in attaining a fulfilling and satisfying working life," said Swan, a certified professional co-active coach through the Coaches Training Institute. "The methodology uses solution-oriented tools and strategies to assist individuals based on their current situation."

The LifeStage Methodology clarifies:

-- Beginning: When you have 0-8 years of work experience and want to

launch an effective work life.

-- Roadblock: When you've been moving in a direction with particular

outcomes in mind and realize you aren't achieving your expectations;

or when a major life change like becoming a parent, being laid off or

getting a divorce alters your path.

-- Authenticity: When you feel a new call to action requiring clarity

about what's important and essential now.

-- Wisdom: When you recognize it's time to make a difference while you

still can, and a new sense of urgency and purpose emerges for the

coming years.

Swan also announced new upcoming seminars and courses (all on the

Westside):

-- Navigating Career Change, April 3, 6:30-8:30 p.m.: This seminar will
