Date:10/23/2007

Hanala Stadner, Second-generation Holocaust Survivor, Available to Speak on

Root Reasons Behind Britney, Lindsay and Paris Celebrity Meltdowns

BALTIMORE, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ --

WHAT: Hanala Stadner, L.A. author, TV personality and substance abuse

counselor specializing in celebrities, will share amusing excerpts

and sign copies of her Hollywood memoir on Oct. 26-28 in Baltimore

as part of a national book tour.

A recovered celebrity addict herself, Stadner is available to speak

to the media and other groups on the REAL reasons behind recent bad

behavior by Britney, Lindsay, Paris and other celebrities.

Hanala's bittersweet tome, My Parents Went Through The Holocaust

And All I Got Was This Lousy T-Shirt, details with humor and

heartache the self-help guru's chaotic upbringing by Holocaust

survivors, the spiral into drug addiction and destructive behavior,

and her eventual recovery.

WHO: Hanala tells the tale of a troubled family life that manifested

itself into years of insecurity, agoraphobia, drug and alcohol

addiction, eating disorders and toxic romances. She eventually

rose above her circumstances and bad decisions to help others

trapped in the cycle of dysfunction, especially those in

Hollywood's glaring media spotlight.

Today, Stadner maintains a L.A. substance abuse counseling practice

and a following as a cable TV host. She appears regularly on "The

Early Show," "E! News," CNN Showbiz Tonight" and "Extra."

Hanala is a warm, wise and very funny interview. Preview her wit

and wisdom at http://www.traumedycentral.com or

WHEN: Hanala is available in Baltimore for interviews Oct. 26-28. She

will sign copies of her book on Oct. 28 at 2pm at the Power Plant

Barnes & Noble, 601 E. Pratt Street. She also speaks at the Jewish

Museum of Maryland, 15 Lloyd Street, on Oct. 28 at 3:30pm.
