Knoxville, TN Woman Wins $50,000 for Losing 77 Pounds
Date:3/10/2008

st on her leg.

Since her initial contest win, she has completed a round of P90X and a round of the Master Series and then did her own hybrid mix of the 10-minute trainer, the X Master Series, Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs.

Phyllis has lost an additional 4 pounds and has replaced fat with muscle. "I have more muscle definition in my arms and chest. My body is so much stronger now. I see the results when I am hiking, not only in my muscles being stronger, but my heart and lungs as well," she said with pride.

"There are probably thousands of workout videos out there, but there is only one 'Beachbody Company' who provides us with an online support group that is second to none. I have no doubt that without my friends to support me I would not have a story to give," she said. Friends she's met through Beachbody have changed her social life as well. She's traveled with them to Mexico twice, gone white water rafting in Colorado and spent time in Las Vegas.

"I am very proud of what I have accomplished," Phyllis concluded. "Losing 77 pounds was hard, but maintaining it was even harder! My goal is to continue with Beachbody and to pay it forward."

Like other winners, Phyllis' story is available to inspire others. Web visitors can follow her experiences at http://www.MillionDollarBody.com.

"This is an exciting time at Beachbody crowning all our winners," said Carl Daikeler, CEO of Beachbody.com.

"At Beachbody, we're billing these success stories as the ultimate win-win because there are no complaints-every Beachbody and Million Dollar Body customer wins in some way. Just by following the winners' stories online, people have the extra motivation to make positive life changes and become healthier," he continued. "Obesity is an epidemic in this country. Losing weight takes perseverance and our kind of honest."
