Million Dollar Body(TM) Is Awarding Over One Million Dollars to Help People

Lose Weight and Get in Better Shape

ANAHEIM, Calif., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Fitness website MillionDollarBody.com has just announced a $50,000 Grand Prize winner in its Million Dollar Body Game(TM), an ongoing incentive competition that is giving away over $1,000,000 this year to spur people to lose weight and get in shape.

Phyllis Stewart of Knoxville, Tennessee, previously won $1,000 from MDB for weight loss and now clocks in at 139 from a previous high of 216.

I just didn't realize until I started reading food labels and logging my food just how much I was getting each day. Add that up with zero exercise and I got my answer."

She knew she couldn't be complacent. Her mother had her first heart attack when she was 42. She died at only 68 from heart disease. As Phyllis' own family grew, and she had grandkids, she was determined to be healthy, "so I could see them grow and be a big part of their lives."

She started her journey with Power90 then Power Half Hour, and Turbo Jam. She had amazing results and lost a total of 73 pounds. Despite a foot injury, Phyllis was undeterred and even worked out with a ca
