About K.I.S.S.
K.I.S.S. is a non profit organizations aimed to create awareness about skin cancers among an audience of teens and young adults in an effort to empower parents to self examine regularly to detect and identify the early signs of deadly skin cancer. Created by Juan Pellerano, in collaboration with Brooke Sprague, K.I.S.S. (Kids Into Safe Skin) launched in 2010 with a strong mission to increase public awareness of the dangers and damaging effects of sun exposure, prevention and early detection of skin cancer.

About Skim for Skin
Skim for Skin is the vision of Cheyne Cottrell, the owner of Island Water Sports. Cheyne has been a professional surfer and is a melanoma skin cancer survivor who is passionate about creating awareness about the dangers of the sun and educating the youth on how to be safe in the sun. The incidence rate of melanoma has been steadily increasing over the last few years and its mission is to educate, create awareness and the importance of early detection and prevention.
