Kensey Nash Reports Third Quarter Record Revenue and Sales

of approximately 32.6% exclude the tax benefit the Company would have received from the credit extension, resulting in the loss of a benefit of approximately $100,000, or $0.01 per share. The Company currently estimates that its effective income tax rate for the fiscal year will be approximately 31.8%, excluding the R&E Tax Credit for the second half of the fiscal year. If Congress extends the R&E Tax Credit before the end of the Company's fiscal year, the Company anticipates its effective income tax rate will be approximately 30.7%.
