Kemper America Announces a New 3D-Welding Table System

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) January 30, 2013

Kemper America announced a new 3D-Welding Table System to its product lines of industrial welding solutions. The new 3-D Welding Table System provides businesses enhanced production through less down time and improved manufacturing standards, plus it is guaranteed for life. The table is highly flexible with multiple precise clamping options and can be used for single piece or series production. The 3-D Welding Table System can be easily converted into any desired configuration, even during the work process.

The 3-D Welding Table System has an innovative T-Slot system built into every table surface piece that provides high precision with unlimited clamping and stopping arrangements for a work piece. Flexible clamping can reduce production time and provide significant cost savings. The table’s integrated etched grid allows precision measuring. In addition, multiple clamp stops with positioning on two axes ensures exacting welds.

The 3-D Welding Table System comes in two work surfaces, Gray Cast Iron for steel processing or Al-Cu Alloy for stainless steel processing, and both surfaces have the advantage of protection from welding spatter. Gray cast iron contains graphite which protects the welding table against weld spatters and eliminates the time consuming grinding and polishing of the table top because spatters usually chip right off. For processing stainless steel components, strict separation of ferritic materials is required to prevent surface corrosion and therefore an Al-Cu Alloy table surface is essential. The 3-D Welding Table System’s Al-Cu Alloy optional surface provides an outstanding surface for stainless steel welding operations.

Ben Howell, Kemper America’s President, commented on the company’s new 3-D Welding Table System. “Our new 3-D Welding Table System is truly unique. It provides our customers a welding table that comes in two work surfaces, a Gray Steel top for mild steel welding or an Al-Cu Alloy surface for stainless steel fabrication. Plus, the table is highly flexible and allows precision positioning of welding pieces on 2 axes which saves production time and money. The table is guaranteed which ensures worry free operation and protects our customer’s investment. We believe that this new 3-D Welding Table System is a great addition to our lines of welding products at Kemper America.”
