Experts Say Toxin-Free Pain Relief Can Break the Start & Stop Cycle

PLEASANT GROVE, Utah, Feb. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Gym owners will tell you that they have a big influx in attendance in the month or two after the New Year. Then the crowds fade away. Many people jumping back into a workout routine find it more than they can handle. The web is replete with tips and tricks for sticking with a workout program through a hectic schedule. But the schedule may not be the biggest culprit keeping people from following through with their get-fit resolutions.

According to Haydn Thompson, Athletic Trainer at Weber State University, a bigger culprit is pain. A new workout schedule generally brings with it pain and stiffness that can take a week or more to overcome.

"People start and stop their workout routine during this painful start-up time and never really get into a routine they can maintain," said Thompson. "To help my athletes overcome the pain of a new workout, I've turned to a new cream that's been used by professional football athletes for a couple of years. I recommend Myo-Med before and after each workout session to prevent the pain and stiffness of a new routine. Of all the creams and anti-inflammatory products out there, I like Myo-Med the best because it is toxin-free and doesn't leave a locker-room scent behind."

Myo-Med contains a unique combination of toxin-free, anti-inflammatory and pain relief ingredients to help prevent and alleviate the pain from workouts. These ingredients are encased in liposomes, microscopic envelopes that deliver the ingredients into deep tissue. Myo-Med contains no salicylates, dyes, alcohol or paraben.

Myo-Med is available through health professionals, select sports shops, pharmacies, and online. For more information, visit http://www.myomed.com or call 866-696-6330.
