Among his numerous accomplishments, Dr. Chesky is a past president of the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of California. He has held nine teaching positions, including Clinical Associate Professor, Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ohio University; Chairman of the Department and full professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific of Western University of Health Sciences; and held an academic appointment in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California at Irvine.
Dr. Chesky received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University/ Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine; his specialty is Obstetrical and Gynecological Surgery. He is licensed to practice medicine in multiple states, including Ohio.
He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Ohio Northern University College of Law. His Bachelor of Science degree is from Roosevelt University.
Professional affiliations include, fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine, distinguished fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Osteopathic Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
