KePRO Appoints Two New IT Vice Presidents

tification from Villanova University. Ms. Harris is an expert SAS, SPSS, Minitab, MapInfo, SQL, and the Microsoft suite of products.

Training accomplishments include the Foundation for Accountability (FACCT), a child and adolescent health measurement initiative; the American Society for Quality, Quality 101 and Customer Satisfaction; and the Centers for Disease Control, CDC Epidemiology. She is a member of the SAS User Group, the Cleveland Chapter of American Statistical Association, the American Society for Quality, and the American Health Quality Association.

Mr. Swartz will see his scope of responsibilities expanded to include the further development of the overall KePRO IT Service Management structure and strategic plan, and to create goals and plans for the quality, security, service continuity, and financial management of all information and communications technology (ICT) services. He will continue work from KePRO's Harrisburg headquarters.

He has been a key member of the KePRO ITS team since 1989. Most recently, he has served as the Director of IT Service Management, directing ITIL based IT Service Management activities, including development and support of Service Delivery and Service Support processes and Service Continuity and Security Management, all with a focus on strong IT governance. He is also responsible for overseeing the operation of the enterprise service desk and the enterprise ICT infrastructure.

Mr. Swartz received his B.S. degree in Information Systems for the University of Phoenix, and will soon complete his M.S. degree in Leadership and Information Technology from Duquesne University. He is also Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certified.
