Karen Haney, a Texas A&M MBA, is a Customer Experience expert with over 25 years experience in Healthcare. Most recently, Haney was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Customer Relations Management at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System where she designed and implemented memorable patient, physician and hospital employee experiences. Under her direction, Memorial Hermann steadily improved patient satisfaction to its current all-time high.
