Joslin Diabetes Center's Upgraded Website Offers Improved Access

BOSTON, Nov. 14 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Joslin Diabetes Center, the world's preeminent diabetes research and clinical care organization, has completed a major overhaul of its website, to provide more easily accessible information and interactions for patients, researchers, healthcare professionals and the public.

"Today we're commemorating World Diabetes Day by re-launching the Joslin.org website," said Michael Sullivan, Senior Vice President for Development and Communications. "The new site makes it easier to find information about diabetes management, the clinical and educational services that Joslin offers, and news about our world-class research on diabetes."

"The site is built on a new technical infrastructure that offers a solid foundation for the wide variety of information on the site," said Ed Charbonneau, Chief Information Officer.

"We've added new content to the site, including enhancements to Joslin's well-known online collection of diabetes management tips, plus a video virtual tour highlighting current work in our research and clinical programs," added Jeffrey Bright, Director of Marketing Communications.
