John Kiefer’s Carb-Back Loading Diet Review and Results Exposed by Daily Gossip Magazine

Daily Gossip, an online publication dedicated to lifestyle, health and sport topics, has issued a press release to inform their readers on the highly debated Carb-Back Loading diet by John Kiefer.

Nutritionists working for Daily Gossip have purchased the Carb-Back Loading manual to get a clear picture of the method that the author is suggesting and the diet principles.

After reading the Weight Loss manual, reporters admitted they were intrigued by the out of the ordinary regime that Kiefer was suggesting, so they have decided to get information directly from the source, John Kiefer himself.

During the interview, Kiefer explained that he has studied the human body and various methods of weight loss for a long period of time. After years of research, he discovered that nowadays our digestive system takes longer to burn calories due to the unhealthy products people eat and the drastic diets they follow. The human body doesn't know how to react when it's confronted with carbohydrates and it requires longer time to process the food.

He claims that the only solution to gain a balanced digestive system is the Carb-Back Loading Diet, which consists of eating as many carbs as possible to re-educate the body to become used to this food type.
Kiefer's theory may sound unrealistic, but the people who have tested it, have been very pleased because of the remarkable results and the impressive fat loss they registered in just a couple of weeks.
