Jennifer Samuels Joins GHG Grey Healthcare Group as Executive Vice President, Account Services

NEW YORK, April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- GHG Grey Healthcare Group (GHG), a WPP company and one of the world's leading healthcare communications firms, announced that Jennifer Samuels has joined the company as Executive Vice President, Account Services. Ms. Samuels has a wide range of pharmaceutical marketing experience, gained over 13 years in the industry, and an in-depth knowledge of the oncology and acute specialty markets-two growth areas for the agency.

Ms. Samuels will be the strategic lead on GHG's specialty care business and will be working on key accounts to improve operations, expand client support, and help internal talent development. She will also be working with Laura Fusco, EVP, Director of Client Services, on new business development. GHG's acute and specialty care business is one of the agencies fastest growth areas, with clients including AstraZeneca, Wyeth, Forest, and Pharmion.

Ms. Samuels has extensive US and global healthcare marketing experience working on brands in all stages of the product lifecycle, from pre-launch to just prior to patent expiration. She has worked in a wide range of therapeutic categories including oncology, hematology, anti-infectives, cardiovascular, dermatology, vaccines, neurology, and psychiatry. She has also built strong client relationships with companies such as Pfizer, Wyeth, Novartis, GSK, Connaught Pasteur Merieux, Merck, and Bayer.

Prior to joining the agency, Ms. Samuels held senior positions at Cline, Davis, & Mann, most recently as Senior Vice President, Group Managing Director. While there, she participated in new business development, created high-level management initiatives, and oversaw all aspects of account management and high-level client relationships. Her clients included US and global accounts for Pfizer.
