i>Be Creative With Your "To-Do" List: Instead of waiting in long lines, shop during dinner time when the stores are less crowded, or have your groceries delivered. Eliminating even one or two things from your long list could free up the time you need to focus on your partner.
  • Spend Time Together Before The Party:It's okay to be fashionably late to the neighbor's annual holiday bash. Send the kids to a friend's or relative's house for a sleepover or arrange for the babysitter to come early. That way, you and your partner can enjoy extra time alone before, and even after the party.
  • Give an Early Present: This year,forget the sweater.Instead, exchange intimate massages. It's a more romantic way to say, "I love you."
  • Be Spontaneous: Whether you steal a kiss under hanging mistletoe or cozy up in front of the fire, it's important to give your partner something unexpected. Also consider a birth control method, like the intrauterine contraceptive Mirena(R), that is compatible with a busy lifestyle.
