Camp Boggy Creek has announced the appointment of Jane E. Diange to its Board of Directors. Ms. Diange, a resident of Tampa, is a career professional with more than 25 years of Fortune 500 Company management experience.
“This appointment reflects Camp Boggy Creek’s continued commitment to recruit strong community leaders throughout Florida where we serve seriously ill children. Jane’s knowledge, skill, and expertise will be invaluable to the Camp’s strategic initiatives,” said J. Patterson Cooper, chairman of the board of Camp Boggy Creek.
Ms. Diange stated, “As a resident of one of the leading regions in the State served by the Camp, I am thrilled to be involved with this organization. It's not only an honor to serve on the Board of Directors, but a true privilege.”
During her career Ms. Diange served in a variety of executive level positions at Darden Restaurants, Inc. and Marriott Corporation. She brings a wealth of knowledge of the food, beverage and hospitality industry, in addition to her more than 20 years of human resource experience. Her community involvement in the Tampa region includes serving on the Board of St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital Auxiliary. In addition, Ms. Diange also shares her time and talents as a volunteer at organizations such as Van Dyke A.R.K. (At Risk Kids) at Mort Elementary School, Hillsborough County Literacy Council and the Jobs Partnership.
