J'nelle Ruscetti Has Key to Family Fitness
Date:1/14/2014

Wilmington, N.C. (PRWEB) January 15, 2014

It is no secret that obesity is a growing problem in America. With many Americans working more hours every year, many parents find themselves without the time to make a proper meal or exercise with their children. In J’nelle Ruscetti’s new book “Family Fitness Challenge: Twenty-Five Steps Based on Science and Scripture to Guide Your Children to a Healthy Weight” (published by WestBow Press), parents will discover simple changes they can make in their household that they may not have realized were contributors to weight problems.

“Family Fitness Challenge” is filled with recipes, health-oriented websites, mobile phone apps and more, all of which are modeled around healthier living. What sets this book apart however, is the inclusion of scripture which relates to each step or challenge in the book.

“Family Fitness Challenge” aims to not only improve the physical health of your family, but also the spiritual health. Through the use of many time saving meal ideas, web sites and free apps parents will have more quality time to spend with their children while the family works to get fit together.
