Ivory Homes Plans Ahead for the April 30th Home Buyer Tax Credit Deadline with 100 New Homes Ready for Quick Purchase

Ivory Homes has strategically planned for home buyers who want to take advantage of the Home Buyer Tax Credit before April 30th by having 100 new homes available for quick purchase in over 40 communities in Utah. Showcasing these new homes using virtual tours on their newly redesigned website allows potential home buyers to save time while they seek to quickly use this tax credit.

Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) April 16, 2010 -- Ivory Homes has strategically planned for a flurry of home buying activity as new home buyers look to take advantage of the federal Home Buyer Tax Credit deadline. First time home buyers can receive an $8,000 credit and repeat home buyers can receive a $6,500 credit on their 2009 or 2010 federal tax return. The home must be purchased by April 30th and the sale completed no later than June 30th. This special incentive created by the Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act of 2009 has made buying a new home affordable, even in tough economic times.
