BETHESDA, Md., Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- GetWellNetwork, Inc., a leading provider of Interactive Patient Care (IPC) solutions, today announced that Irwin Studen has joined the company's executive team as senior vice president and chief financial officer. With extensive experience in the healthcare and technology industries, Studen will oversee and manage financial operations for GetWellNetwork.

"Irwin brings to the GetWellNetwork team an impressive background in driving revenue growth for leading healthcare technology companies," said Michael O'Neil, Jr., founder and CEO of GetWellNetwork, Inc. "He will be a tremendous addition to our company, and we look forward to working with him to further grow GetWellNetwork's success and leadership in the IPC industry."

Prior to joining GetWellNetwork, Studen consulted with a portfolio company of GTCR Golda Rauner, LLC, a $9 billion private equity firm, where he assisted with mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare IT industry.
