Healthcare and Technology Industry Veteran Helps Drive Growth in
Interactive Patient Care
BETHESDA, Md., Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- GetWellNetwork, Inc., a leading provider of Interactive Patient Care (IPC) solutions, today announced that Irwin Studen has joined the company's executive team as senior vice president and chief financial officer. With extensive experience in the healthcare and technology industries, Studen will oversee and manage financial operations for GetWellNetwork.

Prior to joining GetWellNetwork, Studen consulted with a portfolio company of GTCR Golda Rauner, LLC, a $9 billion private equity firm, where he assisted with mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare IT industry. Specifically, he managed the process of identifying and qualifying $50-$500 million revenue targets, as well as developing the modeling, valuation, financing and due diligence of the opportunities. Previously, he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of SXC Health Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of software systems and ASP solutions to the managed care and pharmacy benefit management industries. In this role, he managed all accounting/finance, administrative, corporate development and investor relations activities, as well as helped grow the company over a five year period from a $40 million to more than $400 million market capitalization through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions.
Studen has also held a number of full-time and interim CFO assignments
