WALTHAM, Mass., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. (NYSE: IMA), a global leader in enabling individuals to take charge of their health at home through the merger of rapid diagnostics and health management, announced today that it will attend several healthcare industry investor conferences during the month of September.

  • Ron Zwanziger, Chief Executive Officer, and Jon Russell, Vice President, Finance, will attend the Morgan Stanley Global Healthcare Conference being held on September 14 and 15, 2009 at the Grand Hyatt New York, Park Avenue at Grand Central.   • Mr. Russell will attend ThinkEquity's 6(th) Annual Growth Conference being held at the St. Regis, San Francisco on Wednesday, September 16. Mr. Russell's presentation is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., and will not be webcast.
  • Mr. Zwanziger and Mr. Russell will attend the UBS Global Life Sciences Conference being held on September 21 through the 23, 2009 at the Grand Hyatt New York, Park Avenue at Grand Central.
