Introducing DeerBusters.com’s New Reinforced Edge
Date:4/1/2013

(PRWEB) April 01, 2013

DeerBusters.com poly deer fence now features a reinforced edge in all three strengths. The addition of extra horizontal lines of sturdy polypropylene plastic at the bottom edge of the fence creates a stiffer, stronger barrier against all chewers, diggers, and clawers.

Though deer may be formidable jumpers when inclined, many might not know that a deer will almost never risk a leap before exploring its options—it might be hungry, but it doesn't want to injure itself by jumping over a tall deer fence. Actually, it is far more common for a deer to crawl underneath an obstacle rather than hop over it. This means that it is likely that the bottom of a fence will experience the most deer pressure, along with that of smaller garden pests. DeerBusters.com developed the reinforced edge with this in mind, making its deer fence much more able to withstand the pawing and chewing that comes with attempts to get under it.

Aside from this new feature, the design and look of the fence is unchanged. The reinforced edge is only located on the bottom edge of the fence, so those concerned about what this additional poly material might block don’t have to worry. Being only a few inches from the ground, customers can benefit from the added strength of the edge, but still enjoy the unimpeded look of the landscape.

The reinforced edge doesn’t require special tools or installation. In fact, this new feature makes installation much easier. With more fencing material at the bottom of the fence, more material can be staked to the ground, making the fence free of holes, gaps, and vulnerabilities that might tempt an animal to dig.

Spring is here and planting times are approaching. Installing a strong deer fence is the only sure way to keep plants safe. The reinforced edge is available in heigh
